If you are an architect, civil engineer, interior designer or a construction technical person (such as plumber, electrician, metal fabricator, hardware supplier etc), then you can join us with following benefit:
If you have your client with drawings ready, you can refer your client to us for complete construction while you can work with us together at the same project as a supervisor. The benefits of such collaboration will be:
  • 2% of the construction contract amount if you are an architect, Civil Engineer or an interior designer.
  • 1% of the construction contract amount if you are other construction technical person.
  • If you do not have any client, you can work on our new projects as a supervisor with following benefits:
  • 1% of the construction contract amount if you are an architect, Civil Engineer or an interior designer.
  • 0.5% of the construction contract amount if you are other construction technical person.
  • If you have your friends or relatives or someone who requires our service, you can refer them to us for the project. If your referee hires us with your reference for the project, you will receive following benefits:
  • 0.5% of the construction contract amount if you are an architect, Civil Engineer or an interior designer.
  • 0.5% of the construction contract amount if you are other construction technical person.
  • • Construction professionals like Architect, Civil Engineer, Electric Engineer, Interior designer.
  • • Technical personnel like electrician, plumber, structure builder, tiles and wood technician etc.
  • • Hardware and construction material suppliers, builders etc.
  • • Government employee working in departments concerning construction like DUDBC, Municipalities, Local government, National Planning commission etc. are eligible to make referrals only.
